We provide shipping all over Pakistan through third party courier company. Deliveries can take 3-10 business days. Custom Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.
Tiraz ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Tiraz. do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.
You can cancel your order before the item is shipped. after dispatch, you have to pay the delivery charges.
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
We do accept returns if it is in original condition and not wear, but you have to pay delivery charges for return.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it with another product. You need to send email to exchange@tirazstudio.com and share the detail with which article you need to exchange. Exchange is free of charge.
On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can visit our official and track your shipment or through our courier partner website. If there is any query, you may send email contact@tirazstudio.com or WhatsApp us.
You can perform a speed exchange of your purchase by sending email at exchange@tirazstudio.com or WhatsApp us. Please mention order number in subject. The exchange should be made in within 7 days of order delivery.
We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged, we will verify it and arrange exchange within 7 days of purchase. You just send us email at exchange@tirazstudio.com or WhatsApp us.
After you’ve placed an order of your desired product, a code will be sent to the mobile number you provided previously. After submitting this code, your order will have been confirmed. This process only helps us to improve our delivery system.
You should have received an SMS with your code by now. If it isn’t there, you may hit resend again. If you still didn’t receive the code, you may have provided with the wrong number. If that is the case, kindly double checks your number on the checkout page, and if you’re sure your number is correct you will receive a call from us or email us at contact@tirazstudio.com.
